Thalassotherapy treatments provide a thermal benefit as they ease blood circulation and oxygenation of tissues; a chemical benefit as the body absorbs elements of water; and hydrodynamic benefits because the movements are performed with less muscular effort.
Pools
The DREAM SPA provides a special path with two pools, targeted treatments with water jets in various parts of the body (thighs, buttocks, neck, feet), contributing to an invigorating, draining and distressing action.
A smaller pool, 23 sqm in size, contains water at high density saline
to give great floating ability to the body for muscular relaxation.
The bigger pool 57sqm in size, features a variety of jets spread in various parts of the pool, for a general readjustment of the nervous tone.
Beauty Center
The beauty center completes the activities of the DREAM SPA. Guests, enveloped by the fragrance of local spices, find relief and welfare thanks to a rich program of massages, remise en forme, drainage, and aesthetic treatments targeted for the beauty of the body.
Gym
For the active guests, the ocean view gym offers a full range of cardio conditioning activities including weights, treadmills, lifecycles, and step machines.
